Luke and Lynnea decided to be Smurfs for Halloween. Luke said he was Hefty Smurf (you know cause he has big muscles :) and Lynnea was of course Smurfette.
Luke and mom had a fun time at his Kindergarten Halloween Party. I was the room mom and we played Halloween Bingo, Don't Eat the Pumpkin, Pin the Nose on the Ghost, did a candy corn craft and had snacks. The morning Kindergarteners got to go on a costume parade around the whole school all by themselves in the morning. Some of the older classes came out to watch and Luke asked me kind of concerned: "Why do they keep saying Smurf to me?" I told him it was because they liked his costume so he was okay with it after that.
Lookin' Good Hefty Smurf
We love Kindergarten!
Luke with Mrs. Williams (the clown) and Mrs. Ledford (Miss Piggy)
We did our traditional Pumpkin carving and Dave was in quite a silly, festive mood that night.
Lynnea thought that Dad and Pumpkin carving were hilarious.
Can you tell whose is whose?
Mom and Lynnea were the Jack o' lantern, Dad was the Haunted House, and Luke was the cute smiley face that he did all by himself!
Finally, Halloween Night Treat or Tricking! Isn't cousin Lars a cute little Viking? We went trick or treating around Corey and Amber's neighborhood. Dave and Corey took the kids around and Amber and I passed out candy. Happy Halloween!

Haha, silly Dave. And I love that you captured Lynnea thinking her Daddy is the funniest in the world. :-)
