A Blessed Weekend

We were so blessed to have much of our family here for Lincoln's Baby Blessing on September 30th.

The weekend started with Melanie's Parents and Dave's Parents coming in Friday night, September 28th - which just happened to be Mom's birthday.  We had fun going to dinner and then came home for some cake and ice cream.  The kids were SO excited about Grandma's Birthday.  Luke and Lynnea called her cake a donut cake and it was hard trying to keep little fingers out of it.

We had planned to all have breakfast the next morning.  Of course I forgot my camera!  It was so wonderful to see Dave's Grandma Bjarnson, Parents, Brother and Family.  We were even surprised by Karly, Dave's sister, her husband, and their baby Jack! What a wonderful day!

We all went to a fall festival at a local farm and the kids had a blast.

The next day was Lincoln's special blessing by his father and a happy day spent with family.
